Crystal, an award-winning groomer with 53 international titles and 38 national, is the heart and soul of Blue Ridge Grooming. Featured on the cover of Groomer to Groomer magazine, her dedication to pets is unmatched. In December 2025, a devastating fire destroyed the salon, but with the support of Franklin, NC community and generous donations, Crystal rose from the ashes. Her commitment to providing top-notch grooming services shines through in every furry client she cares for.
